SolaSMART® Fuse are small white pearlescent pearls of 2.5 mm diameter, part of the SolaPearls® standard offer. They are obtained by an exclusive macro-inclusion technology – Fuse Pearls technology – that associates two polysaccharides from marine origin: alginate and agar-agar, enriched by the inclusion of Fucogel® Powder, the universal and multifunctional reference for over 30 years.
The SolaSMART® Fuse can be incorporated from 3.5% of pearls in formula depending on the visual result and claims desired. Easy to formulate and compatible with a wide range of formulations and applications, SolaSMART® Fuse can be incorporated into different galenics for skin care, hair care, body care and hygiene.
Properties
SolaSMART® Fuse are enriched with 3% of Fucogel® Powder. In formula, 10% of SolaSMART® Fuse are equivalent to 0.3% of Fucogel® Powder.
Fucogel® Powder is a fucose-rich polysaccharide obtained by bacterial fermentation from a non-GMO vegetable substrates, containing L-fucose, D-galactose and galacturonic acid. Recognized for over 30 years as a universal and multifunctional reference in cosmetic industry, Fucogel® Powder owns both key active and sensory properties to easily and quickly access skin well-being.
Fucogel® Powder is distinguished for its large performance: short-term soothing, moisturizing, anti-aging, restructuring, and touching agent. Fucogel® Powder owes its biological effectiveness from its affinity for fucose receptors in the skin but also from its unique ability to modulate neuronal sensitivity through the ASIC pathway.
