Continuous Halal certification at Solabia
As of end March 2022, Solabia is pleased to announce a continuous Halal certification under the supervision of HFFIA (Halal Food & Feed Inspection Authority, La Hague, Netherlands).
Halal certification will apply to all plant peptones & Yeast Extract commercialized by Solabia, with the exception of Bacteriological Malt Extract.
Two casein peptones, Enzymatic digest of Casein KH and Acid Hydrolysate of Casein are also now certified Halal on a continuous basis. Continuous certification implies the absence of production campaigns, which translates into better availability of products at any time during the year. Solabia can grow with your needs !
February 2023 : Solabia successfully renews its Halal certification on a continuous basis following the annual HFFIA Halal certification audit. The renewed Halal certification now also integrates the updated industry HQAS, which among other things, brings the certification into conformity with the following standards :
1. GSO 2055 -1 (Gulf States ; United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Yemen)
2. UAE.S 2055-1 (UAE)
3. Halal Assurance System HAS 23000, LPPOM-MUI (Indonesia)
4. Malaysian Halal Standard (MS 1500) (Malaysia)
5. GSO 993 (UAE)
6. GSO 2055.4 (Belgium)
7. OIC/SMIIC 1 (Turkey)
