Plant peptone

This peptone has been specially formulated for in vitro diagnostic applications, (microbial culture media or cell culture) where a clear, limpid and only very lightly colored peptone is required, i.e. turbidity readings. Its composition and high carbohydrate content leads to superior growth of a wide variety of microorganisms, including anaerobic germs and yeasts and molds.

Soy Peptone Crystale is a peptone obtained from defatted soybean flour, using Identity-Preserved (IP) raw materials and the digestive enzymes are animal-free and are unconcerned by GMO issues. Kosher & Halal certified.
