Casein peptone

Engineered to give similar results to Tryptone USP, this product is an enzyme digest of food grade acid casein of NZ origin using microbial enzymes that are Kosher & Halal certified. It is used specifically in fermentation when production requires high quality, Kosher & Halal certified raw materials. As with Tryptone, it favors a broad range of microorganisms including lactic strains and yeasts & molds.

Stability (5%) after sterilization : stable
