ACTION MECHANISM
Serenibiome® addresses sensitive skin prone to atopy thanks to a novel active molecule obtained by biofermentation of Pseudozyma flocculosa fungus, the flocculosin. Inspired by nature and designed for skin health, Serenibiome® tackles the itch-scratch vicious cycle and:
- Bioselectively inhibits Staphylococcus aureus growth, the prevalent opportunistic pathogen on atopic-prone skin inducing skin dysbiosis, without impacting Staphylococcus epidermidis population
- Calms neurogenic inflammation by reducing pro-inflammatory markers involved in nociception and enhancing the synthesis of key well-being molecules synthesis, helping skin by soothing the itch sensation
- Repairs barrier in compromised skin by accelerating the re-epithelialization process, inducing barrier regeneration and skin repair.
