Solabia Group is seeking a Finance Project Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to Solabia Group CFO, the Finance Project Manager is a key contributor to the Group’s buy-and-build strategy, supporting rapid acquisition, integration and scaling of multiple manufacturing operations. The role ensures financial discipline across M&A, post-merger integration while enabling fast-decision making and delivery of the Private Equity value creation plan.
Key Responsibilities
M&A & integration Finance
- Support financial due diligence for acquisitions including quality of earnings and working capital analysis
- Build and review the synergies modelization in collaboration with the M&A teams
- Lead the financial workstream for post-merger integration including reporting alignments, cost synergies and commercial reorganization
- Track realization of synergies, support carve-outs, stand-alone cost modeling and separation projects where applicable
Systems, processes and scalability
- Support harmonization of financial processes, chart of accounts and project tracking across acquired entities
- Contribute to ERP rollouts and reporting standardization post-acquisition
- Develop scalable project finance and integration toolkits suitable for a growing platform
- Act as a ‘financial integrator’ enabling the platform to scale efficiently
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Optimize and monitor working capital needs.
- Oversee financial governance of capex projects (ROI, execution risks, etc)
Business Partnering and value creation
- Act as a trusted finance Partner to site directors, operations leaders and integration managers
- Build financial structure and discipline to complex, fast-moving projects
- Identify cross-site optimization opportunities (footprint rationalization, yield improvement, sourcing synergies)
Requirements
Education & Credentials
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 4 to 7 years of experience
- Transaction exposure (integration, restructuring, transaction services or M&A)
- Background in mid-sized manufacturing companies
- Experience in a Private Equity owned business or transaction driven environment highly preferred
Skills & Experience
- Solid accounting knowledge to support integrations and reporting alignment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, large data sets) and ERP systems.
- Advanced financial modeling (acquisition models, synergy tracking, capex ROI, etc)
