CONTEXT : A unique source of protein, non-animal and secure in GMO concerns. Lupin Peptone however does not escape EU directives concerning allergens.
A good balance in lower molecular weight peptides. This reference is certified Kosher DE. A Kosher Pareve Halal version is available upon request and forecasting under reference A233100.

APPLICATION : Clear and stable in solution, Lupin peptone finds applications in both culture media formulation as in fermentation media.
In light of its excellent fertility and performance, it can also be used as an alternative to animal supplements in cell culture media.
